What is it?
A downwind drag race between Kitesurfers, Windsurfers Foilers and Sailors. The race will begin at Long Point Port Kennedy to the back of the Pond via turning mark at Mersey Point.
Race entry is available online and on the day. Registrations will be on the beach at Long Point where a signing in sheet will be compulsory to race. Competitors must wear buoyancy aids and carry 2 flares orange or red.
Kite category includes twin tips and surfboards.
Foiling category includes kites, windsurfs, wind wingers and foiling boats.
Boat category includes all dinghies and catamarans.
This is simply a drag race from point to point. What’s your weapon of choice?
